Internal software for patient history management and medicine details management. We stored both inpatient and outpatient history in the database and fetched on necessary. We retrieve patient history and their medicine intake details as a summary on demand for discharge and medical claiming. Also, drug/medicines details are adding to stock and managed using the batch number. Apart from these regular activities, x-ray, scanning, and other test report are recording digitally and maintained for the sake of patients and doctor's easy reference.
